This is where you roll up your sleeves

• Overall responsibility for production operations at two locations in Michelstadt (Hesse) with around 100 employees*
• Securing the future of the site through the technical development of the production facilities and the planning of targeted investment projects in close cooperation with the management
• Increase in productivity and profitability of both production sites through optimization, automation and digitization of processes and structures
• Management of the location based on key figures and goals, including economic developmentng
• Coordination and planning of the quantity output of both production sites
• Goal-oriented management, development and motivation of the team through appraisal interviews, training and appropriate personnel development measures
• Compliance with and optimization of the specified quality standards, the hygiene concepts (IFS) and occupational safety
• Definition of and compliance with a transparent flow of information to the workforce
• Planning, control and compliance with the responsible budget

• You have an engineering and/or economics degree, ideally related to nutritional science or production engineering
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the management of a production company or a unit in the food industryt
• Your leadership skills combine empathy and knowledge of human nature as well as a natural authority with assertiveness
• You can already draw on experience in relation to process and structural improvements in the field of automation and digitization
